AdwareAlert has the usual array of features, such as the ability to scan your hard drive, identify the various directories select which directories to scan, and decide which components of your system to scan (such as cookies, system registry, and active processes). It also has a quarantine feature and an ignore threat feature which decides which threats are not critical to your systems health.
My AdwareAlert review indicates that it has more than enough in it's features list to ensure a thorough scan of your system for spyware.

AdwareAlert is a moderately humble download of only 3.4mb, this is great if you have a slower internet connection.

There is a help icon in the program and clicking by it you will be redirected to a tutorial style walk-through on their website, this tutorial is quite extensive and gives you a step-by-step guide.

Compared to similar products AdwareAlert is a very good anti-spyware product, which delivers on everything it promises. The tech support is very good, and the application itself is very easy to use. The features aren't extremely advanced, so it's essentially a straight forward no frills spyware remover which gets the job done and done well.
